At Snag, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
